Huei Wen graduated with a First Class Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Multimedia University in 2014. She commenced her pupillage at MahWengKwai & Associates under the guidance of Mr Lim Jo Yan, where she was exposed to due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, capital reduction, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, corporate governance, competition, real estate and employment.

 

Huei Wen was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015. She continues her practice with MahWengKwai & Associates in the areas of corporate, commercial and conveyancing work. She will be joining Jo Yan in Lim Jo Yan & Co on 1 January 2017.
